Listing terms

By submitting a business to South Broward Pros, you confirm the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to represent the business, or are its owner or an employee acting on its behalf.

Free listings

A free listing costs nothing, has no contract, and can be removed at any time by contacting us at hello@southbrowardpros.com or (754) 300-7189. We reserve the right to decline or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misrepresents the business, or violates these terms.

Founding and premium membership

Founding and premium membership is a paid upgrade purchased through our payment processor. Founder pricing is locked for as long as the membership remains active and in good standing. Only one founding spot is sold per trade.

Communications

By submitting the listing or claim form, you agree to receive transactional text messages and emails related to your listing, such as confirmation of details or an update on your claim. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts. Marketing communications are only sent if you separately opt in on the form.

No guarantee of work quality

South Broward Pros is a directory. We check ratings and, for some listings, verify the business by hand, but we do not supervise, license, or insure any business listed here. Hiring decisions and any resulting work are between you and the business.

Changes

We may update these terms as the directory grows. Continued use of a listing after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
